Anyone over the age of 16. We will be walking off the beaten track a little bit so some mobility is required, but not a huge amount.

Errington Woods
Take some time to really unhook from the demands of day to day living and to be in an environment where nothing is required of you other than to be just as you are.
Experience the benefits of not just being in nature but of letting nature IN – it’s a totally different experience to walking the dog or chatting with your mates through the woods. It’s a chance to properly engage with the natural world and to rest in it.
It’s not a hike… we’ll probably cover less than a quarter of a mile.
We’ll be really tuning in to the senses – perfect if you need more mindfulness in your life.
When we slow down, we give our minds the opportunity to slow down too – and who couldn’t take a break from the busyness of their own mind?!
Scientifically proven to reduce heart rate, increase immunity, improve mental health, build resilience and foster creativity. Come and enjoy the benefits!
Please note:
We’ll be walking slightly off the main track so fairly good mobility is required, we’ll be putting on sessions for those with limited mobility in the future. There may also be some trip hazards (brambles etc) and it may be muddy.
The event will go ahead in most weathers. Please dress appropriately.
Please let me know ahead of time if you have any allergies (for snack time!)
There are no loos at Errington Woods.
Car parking is free and you can use this what3words link to find us: https://w3w.co/backyards.sized.raven
