Kim and Jo will be in the glorious surroundings of Sutton Bank to deliver this day retreat/nature reset designed to release you from the grip of the digital world for a good chunk of the day and reconnect you to yourself and to nature. We’ll slow down with some forest therapy, engage with gentle mindful movement practices, and have opportunities for ‘creativity without perfection’. We’ll also have some periods for deep listening and to rest and reflect and soak up what this amazing environment has to offer.
Being in nature in this way is a fabulous way to restore balance and build resilience.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to put the phone down and engage with something meaningful and fun.

It's on Saturday, 25th April, from 10am to around 3.30pm.
There is a Truffled Hog restaurant, although there can sometimes be long queues so you might be better to bring a packed lunch.
There is a lovely little souvenir shop, great bike trails and toilets.
